quoteairtight.com (“the Service”, “we”, “us”) is a software-as-a-service tool that helps building contractors review fixed-price quotes before sending them to clients. The Service parses quote text, identifies potential scope gaps and commercial risks based on a set of authored rules, and produces a written analysis report.
The Service does not provide trade advice, legal advice, or financial advice. It does not verify the accuracy of any quote, guarantee that any quote is complete or adequate, or assess the suitability of any contractor or trade for any project. Reports are analytical output only and are the user’s own tool — they do not constitute a professional review or a grading of the contractor’s work.
The Service is intended for use by building contractors and tradespeople for the purpose of reviewing fixed-price quotes prior to submission. By using the Service you confirm that you are using it in this capacity.
You must not use the Service to process quotes on behalf of third parties without their knowledge, to generate reports intended to mislead clients, or for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is operated by a sole individual resident in Singapore. There is no registered company or legal entity. All references to “we” and “us” in these terms refer to that individual. Enquiries may be directed to support@quoteairtight.com.
Full validation reports require a token. Tokens are purchased through the Service. All payments are processed by Polar Software Inc., which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are GST-inclusive where GST applies. We do not store your card details — payment information is handled entirely by Polar Software Inc..
Tokens are consumed when a full report is unlocked. A consumed token is non-refundable. Unused tokens do not expire. If you experience a technical failure that consumes a token without delivering a report, contact us at support@quoteairtight.com and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service or any report it produces, including but not limited to loss of revenue, contract disputes, or adverse commercial outcomes.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer protection legislation that applies to your use of the Service and cannot be excluded by agreement. Where such liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to resupply of the service or a refund of the amount paid for the relevant transaction, at our discretion.
The risk rules, report templates, and wording outputs produced by the Service are our intellectual property. Reports generated for your quote may be used freely in your business. You retain ownership of the quote text you submit.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these terms are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. This choice of law does not affect any consumer rights or protections you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
