Quote Airtight sells prepaid validation credits. Credits are delivered to your account immediately after payment and a full report is generated instantly when a credit is used.
Unused credits are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@quoteairtight.com with the email address used at checkout.
Once a credit has been used and a full report generated, that credit is generally not refundable, because the service has been delivered. If a report fails to generate, is materially incomplete, or the tool does not work as described, contact us and we will re-credit your account or refund the purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service is not delivered with due care and skill, or is not fit for the purpose described, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the timeframes above.
Polar Software Inc. is the merchant of record for all purchases. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
